Data exchange between 1C and Prom is a familiar task that we have implemented multiple times before. Since the exchange used to work and has now stopped, we will first conduct diagnostics of the existing integration to determine what has broken: data format, API, authorization, or exchange logic. After that, we will quickly restore or redo the exchange from scratch, taking into account the current requirements of Prom.
Additionally, we will implement a New Mail log in 1C: we will set up data retrieval via API, automatic status updates for shipments, and a user-friendly interface for viewing. The integration will be stable, with error handling and logging.
Our experience working with 1C (UT 11, UT 8.3), APIs of various marketplaces, and logistics services allows us to implement this quickly and without unnecessary risks.
