Необходимо с сайта trade4vision.com (есть доступ к хостингу) перенести функционал и товары а так же сделать более интуитивно-понятное меню. Данный сайт тоже на базе бесплатного шаблона, но не нравится его меню и стиль.
Приветствуются переносы на уже готовые шаблоны.

Называйте вещи своими именами...
Это называется "Создать магазин на новой версии Opencart с купленным шаблоном и перенести товары." - потому что в контексте Opencart нет автообновления движка и все проводится вручную, а версия 1.5 и 2.x имеют существенные отличия. Я не говорю уже об версии 3 которая пока еще не совсем стабильна. -

Я бы не назвал это полноценной работой... поставить шаблон Unishop2 много ума не надо.
Другое дело натянуть кастомный дизайн на платформу и закодить нехватающих модулей (без покупки с привязкой к домену на форуме).. Вот там уже скилл -
