Необходимо:
1. Обновить устаревший Http из пакета 'angular/http'; на новый HttpClient
2. Скорей всего понадобится обновление маршрутов. Обязательно сохранить возможность открытия любой страницы через f5
3. Обновить все зависимости приложения на наиболее возможно свежие
4. Обновить и оптимизировать процессы webpack для двух сред
Дерево файлов и текущие зависимости прикреплены
Финальный результат должен успешно билдиться и подниматься на webpack-dev-server для тестовой среды и собираться в war для продуктивной
