1. О какой конфигурации идет речь? И с какого по какой релизы нужно обновить? И платформу тоже с какой на какую версию нужно обновить?
2. Конфигурация типовая (на поддержке)? Или с изменениями?
3. Дистрибутивы необходимых обновлений есть? Или хотя бы доступ к ИТС (раз 1С лицензионная), где эти дистрибутивы можно скачать?
4. Какой объем базы?
5. На какой бюджет рассчитываете?
