Обновление Опенкарт
Нужно обновить Version 2.0.1.1 (rs.7) до последней и при этом что бы вся информация на сайте осталась(все модули,шаблон и так далее )

Если все модули покупались и существуют под последнюю версию опенкарта, то проблем не должно быть.
Обновить версию - это не просто залить сверху новую версию и все. Ни один модуль из установленного сейчас у на вашем магазине не будет работать на опенкарте 2.3, поскольку у них разные структуры папок и зачастую отличаются алгоритмы работ.
