There must be an algorithm of coding and decoding a hex file for example on tiny-AES.
The program should be able to synchronize the settings with the controller that are recorded in a specific memory area.

я не знаю как для STM32F105 но для STM32F103 Нужно переключить перемычку BOOT чтоб DFU начало работать?

Все программно нужно. На стороне клиента нет ни stlink ни возможности перемычки ставить. Все через vcp.
Знаю что можна, но времени нет разбираться и писать, поэтому прошу помощи.

Вполне возможно что просто поставить boot0 в нужное и это будет достаточно если не прошиваем берем из RAM Прошлую прошивку
Я так понял Вас не устроит если прога та что на картинке будет вызывать
process os типа cmd
Некий DFU.exe COM5 c:\temp\newfirmavareDECRYPTED.bin
а потом удалять расшифрованную newfirmavareDECRYPTED.bin
Вам надо реализовать внутри проги DFU протокол?
