1. randomly take an image from the folder (I have previously uploaded, say, 1000 different photos)
and stretch it to fill the entire smartphone screen in TikTok format (if the quality is spoiled or something is cropped, it doesn't matter)
2. randomly take a video from the video folder (video shot on a smartphone in TikTok format) and overlay it on top of the image,
cropping the edges of the video from the top and bottom, for example, I set it to crop 20% from the top of the video size and 35% from the bottom of the video size.
3. save it to the results folder
4. keep doing this until there are no more photos in the photo folder (when using each photo, we delete it from the folder).
We do not delete the videos, just take them randomly. We save the sound from the video.
subsequent improvements to the program will be needed, so this task is not a one-time thing
