Photo processing for marketplaces

Photography for a magazine cover. High-quality retouching is needed without "smoothing," "faceapp," and portrait effect.

Hello! I am looking for a photographer (preferably a beginner or someone building their portfolio) for a short photo session in Warsaw. What I would like to achieve: about 1 hour of shooting, 10–15 successful photos after basic editing, natural style (without heavy retouching), locations: city center, café, possibly a bar or modern architecture. The photos will be used for my social media profiles, LinkedIn, dating. I offer: payment: 50–300 zl (depending on experience and portfolio), a positive review after collaboration, the possibility of using the photos in your portfolio. The deadline is flexible – we can agree on a convenient day for both parties. I'm looking for a photo editor who can perform high-level editing cleanly, realistically, and with attention to detail. The photos need to be retouched and perfected: color, light, skin, background, and small details. No over-sharpening or "plastic" effects; the result should look natural. This is not a one-time job; if everything goes well, we will continue to collaborate. Please respond with a portfolio of similar work and indicate the approximate time required. Quality is the only concern.
