Processing portrait photos on a regular basis, Photoshop

Work on portrait photo retouching on a permanent basis, remote work.
Background replacement, cutting out a person from a general photograph for a portrait, sometimes detailed hair or missing fragment retouching. Occasionally working directly with the client to clarify the technical task, staying in touch. Retouching with references, completion within 1-3 days depending on the complexity of the retouch and workload for the day.

How will you do this retouching based on what is available.
There is a photo (return alive) + text + award and patch.
You need to replace the background with a flag, or a flag/field.
add the inscription patch and award - and the overall photo - change the background.
