18 USD need to write a video processing program.
1. Place videos from YouTube of different sizes and lengths (let's say 50 videos) in one folder.
2. In the second folder, place videos shot vertically on a smartphone, for example, 30 seconds long.
3. Take the first YouTube video, stretch it to fill the entire smartphone screen, cropping it.
4. Insert the smartphone video at the bottom.
5. Keep the sound from the smartphone video, and reduce the sound from the YouTube video by a specified percentage, 0% means completely

6. Thus, we cut the YouTube video into pieces equal to the duration of the smartphone video.
That is, from a video lasting 10 minutes, we will get 20 short videos.
After processing, we delete the processed YouTube video and move on to the next one.
The console should display the name of the video being processed during the process.
