Good day. I see 2 ways to solve the problem.
1) Judging by the description of the task, this program stores all its data in MySQL. Then you will need a full dump of the database. And we extract data from the relevant tables.
2) I do not rule out that the program has an API to which a corresponding request can be sent to extract data in this way. Unfortunately, I have not read all the documentation due to its large volume. If we have to go this route, a local copy of this program may be needed. As I understand it, the maximum where this data will be available is the local network of the organization.
In any of these cases, I am ready to write an application that extracts data and, after processing it, creates an xlsx/xml file and writes it there. The file can be anything; it does not matter much to me, the main thing is to extract the data.
