Вызвучить вполне реально, тут многое зависит от навыков софта и опыта. Я более чем за 10 лет работы и не с таким сталкивался.

Конфетку не сделать, но спасти можно, да это не будет чистая запись как в студии, но хотя бы слышимость голоса и силу шумов можно исправить.
