Нужно сделать форму отправки заявление на сайте самописную.
Форма обычная НО есть пару деталей.
При выборе определенного тарифа и количество элементов в тарифе цена должны показаться тому кто его заполняет.
Итого есть 4 тарифа. На каждый тариф разные цены. Если человек добавляет количество элементов внутри определенного тарифа то цена меняется.
После отправки формы все должно прийти в админку. Там кстати все готово, надо чтоб форма туда приходила, если отправить форму в админку сложно и дорого то просто пусть придет на почту а дальше уже разберемся сами.
Конструкцию формы сделал на Dream Weaver - табличная верстка, что бы визуально можно было показывать что к чему. Можете оставить эту верстку, можете сделать свою это не критично. Визуально устраивает и табличная верстка.
