Online training on working with Trello for the team (3 persons)

📌 Task Objectives:

Conduct effective online training on using Trello for a team of three people, considering the specifics of their work (task organization, team interaction, deadline control, progress tracking).

🧩 The training should include:

1. Introduction to Trello

   • What is Trello: a brief overview of the platform and its purpose.

   • Explanation of the structure: boards, lists, cards.

2. Basic operations

   • Creating and setting up a board.

   • Working with lists (To Do, In Progress, Done, etc.).

   • Creating cards, editing, moving.

   • Adding participants to the board.

3. Teamwork tools

   • Assigning responsible persons for tasks.

   • Setting deadlines, labels, comments.

   • Tracking changes and activities on the board.

4. Productivity improvement

   • Using checklists.

   • Examples of templates.

   • Best practices for team collaboration in Trello.

5. Automation (optional, depending on the team level)

   • Introduction to the Butler feature (automation of actions).

   • Examples of simple automated scenarios.

6. Q&A, practice

   • Practical exercise: each participant creates their own mini-board.

   • Discussion of common mistakes and answers to individual questions.

📅 Format:

• Online (Zoom, Google Meet, or another convenient tool).

• Duration: 1.5–2 hours.

• Language of instruction: Ukrainian (or another language by agreement).

• Conducted on a platform convenient for the team.

• As needed — session recording + brief instructions/notes in PDF after completion.

✅ Expected outcome:

• Each participant is able to use Trello at a basic level.

• The team has one configured working board.

• Understanding roles, assigning tasks, using labels and deadlines.

• The ability to independently adapt Trello to their processes in the future.

Must have experience training other teams / provide examples of your instructions or videos.
