🕯 Brief: Architecture and structure of a website for selling aromatic candles in Germany
Hello!
I am creating a brand of aromatic candles in wooden containers (natural wax, handmade, minimalism, aesthetics).

I want to launch a new website aimed at the German market 🇩🇪.
I have a website for Ukraine
But it is not suitable for Germany
https://fastisi.com
I need a specialist who can help design the website architecture and user journey (UX) considering the specifics of the German market:
— payment, delivery, product card design, trust, main page structure, etc.
🔹 Project goal:
Create a structure (architecture) of the website that will be:
- convenient for the German user,
- meet local expectations for payment and delivery
🔹 Main tasks:
1. Website architecture
- Think through the structure of sections (menu, main page, catalog, product cards, cart, payment, delivery, contacts, etc.)
- Create logical navigation that is understandable for users from Germany.
- Provide content recommendations (where to place photos, where to place descriptions, what trust blocks to include).
2. Product card
- Develop a UX template for the product card for the German market.
- Specify which blocks should be included:
- photo, price, description, specifications table, "add to cart" / "add to favorites" buttons,
- payment and delivery block (what and how to display),
- reviews, trust icons (Made in EU, Handmade, Eco).
3. Payment and delivery (usability + recommendations)
- Advise on which payment methods are most popular in Germany (PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, Apple/Google Pay, etc.)
- How to properly display them on the website (where to place icons, where to provide security information, how to build checkout).
- Similarly for delivery (DHL, Deutsche Post, etc.), where and how to show delivery times and costs.
4. Additional (optional):
- Recommendations for Impressum, Datenschutz, AGB pages (mandatory legal sections for the EU).
- Suggest possible solutions for fulfillment in Germany or Europe.
🔹 What is important:
- Experience with German or European e-commerce is mandatory.
- Understanding of UX and conversion (experience with Shopify / WooCommerce / Webflow will be a plus).
- It is preferable for the freelancer to know how to build checkout and payment for the German market.
