For each type of exchange, a processing script needs to be written. If it is a YML export like on Prom.ua, then the script will be able to process all suppliers who have such an export. If it is an XML export like for Google Shopping, then the script will be able to process all suppliers who have such an export. If a supplier provides API access to their products, then it needs to be written individually for that API. If the supplier does not provide anything, then it needs to be parsed. A parser needs to be written for each such supplier. Universal scaling without regard to suppliers is not possible.
I professionally engage in parsing and automating product updates on Prom.ua and various CMS. I can develop a system for you according to the specifications. You can see in the reviews that I have done something similar many times.
The cost of such a system will be at least $2000. The cost includes everything you described in the specifications if for all suppliers whose export is like on Prom.ua or Google Shopping. All other suppliers need to be evaluated separately after reviewing each one.

I propose to break the work into 3 phases, to first establish the sources and the logic of exchange, then to assemble a working version, and finally to expand the system to full functionality.
1) First-phase audit + adapter — 1000 UAH / 1 day
At this stage:
- I review the formats of the first suppliers
- I determine the types of sources: YML, XML, API, or parsing
- I document the data schema and normalization rules
- I assemble the first adapter for one real format
- I provide a brief technical plan for the entire system and a list of risks
2) Working build — 15,000 UAH / 6 working days
At this stage:
- I implement the backend and database
- I compile the supplier registry and field mappings
- I set up background tasks, processing queue, and scheduler
- I add markup rules, priority, and preview before publication
- I connect synchronization to the store via API
- I prepare Docker, .env, migrations, basic documentation
- I create an admin panel for managing sources, tasks, and error logs
3) Max functionality / expansion — 15,000 UAH / 8 working days
