This is a known issue with OpenCart + payment systems. Orders are created with the status "Missing" or "Pending," and if WayForPay does not return a correct Callback (or the site blocks/does not process it), then the status does not change to "Paid," and emails/CRM do not trigger.
What I will do:
Diagnosis: I will check the error logs of OpenCart and WayForPay.
Callback: I will set up the correct processing of the response from the bank (so that the order changes status even if the customer did not click "Return to site").
Fix: I will make adjustments to the order processing model to ensure that data is sent to SalesDrive and to email (at the creation stage, not just after successful payment, if needed).
Conditions:
Deadline: 1 day (diagnosis + correction).
