Databases & SQL, PHP — incorrectly specified categories?

Free source OpenEMR platform needs to be installed in our AWS environment and configured with a patient portal module only that will connect via APIs to an external EHR system for scheduling, messaging, labs results, medical records, EHR records pull.

Looking for an experienced developer who previously worked/configured OpenEMR & preferably, knows how to enhance OpenEMRs front-end.
