Должностные обязанности:
•консультация по телефону европейских покупателей по всем вопросам относительно наличия, стоимости, оплаты, доставки продукции представленной на сайте или дополнительно запрашиваемой клиентом (керамическая плитка, керамогранит, мозаика)
•прием и оформление заказов в программе 1С: Предприятие
•мониторинг заказов
Обязательные требования:
•свободное владение на уровне носителя с высоким уровнем грамотности одним из языков: английский, итальянский, шведский, финский и словацкий.
•опыт в сфере консультирования/работы с клиентами
•наличие выделенного интернет-канала и компьютера
•доброжелательность в общении с клиентами
