В команду интернет-магазина требуется менеджеры, владеющие Английским.
Что требуется:
→ Принимать заказы на товары, консультировать клиентов (все в письменной форме); ГЛАВНОЕ - Это Английский, потому что наш интернет-магазин находится в Эмиратах и соответственно клиенты англоговорящие.
Мы хотим чтобы Вы:
→ Были опытным пользователем ПК и имели ОЧЕНЬ стабильный выход в интернет (это критично важно);
→ Умели грамотно разговаривать на Английском, были коммуникабельны и клиентоориентированны;
→ Умели деликатно «разруливать» сложные, конфликтные ситуации (клиенты бывают самые разные);
→ Имели опыт работы в интернет-магазине (желательно).
График работы:
→ С 9.00 до 13.00 и с 16.00 до 24.00 Эмиратовского времени
