Description of business processes of a psychological center

Dmytro described business processes in BPMN, and then recommended several CRM systems that best cover our tasks and requirements, noting both their advantages and disadvantages. We quickly found common ground, so a few meetings flew by easily and unnoticed. We will be happy to work on setting up and integrating the chosen CRM system.
