2 Stage
Each area has its own delivery cost.
You need to add another column to the "Delivery Cost" exel and out of which zone you need to put the cost on each address
Before doing this, where it is in advance you need to set the cost of constant delivery in each zone
for each courier to summarize the cost of delivery in the line "the name of the courier of everything" and at the end of the line of the result to submit the column "the cost of delivery"
