Identify the cause of server problems
There is a server with Debian 4.19. The problem with it is probably the incorrect setting of the network and IP addresses on it. The server is simply disconnected from the network and may depend on it. It helps to reboot the server through ipmi, then you have to manually lift the network interfaces and reinstall the disk.
You need to check the network config, as well as the server log, and if the network config is all in order - then help to find the likely cause of the problems that arise.
