The previous implementation was Angualr 10 + Angualr Universal, this configuration was launched using pm2 through the main.js file With the same load the maximum resource consumption was up to 400 MB of OZU and 20% of the processor.

Memory: 15506 MB

I love to go in the rich of such a plan. I see three subjects:
to resolve this problem. However, judging from the fact that it happens to you ~2 times a hour it’t be difficult, but open up the question what you’re visiting;

Задача актуальна, але в ході пошуку рішення виявилось що причина не в ангулярі а базі даних.

Досвід роботи з базами теж є. Задачі з оптимізації структури та запитів теж були.
Чи ідентифікували ви (на даний момент) запит в базу який спричинює high CPU load? Якщо так -- то для роботи достатньо буде дампа бази. Якщо ні -- то треба source code як клієнта так і бека і вся доступна інформація щодо того як відтворити цю проблему
Ще таке. Ми починали із проблеми де був високий розхід пам'яті. Зараз ви вже пишете і про пам'ять і про процесор. Тут теж хотілося б почути останню актуальну інформацію.

якщо проблема тільки в cpu usage то з високою долею ймовірності десь потрібно додати чи змінити конфігурацію індексу.
якщо проблема тільки в memory usage то тут складніше. Треба знати чи використання пам'яті росте а потім падає (spike), чи просто зростає і залишається на такому ж рівні. Кожен з цих варіантів може мати свою причину(-и).
якщо проблема і в memory і в cpu usage, то тут все іще складніше.
чим більше деталей -- тим більш правильний і швидший діагноз

Ми перейшли на білш потужніший сервер і питання частково вирішилось, але всерівно Angular universal запущений через pm2, після досягнення лімітів виділених на процес, pm2 перезапускає його.
