Нечего там уметь. Недосервер с кривой его настройкой (от хостера, ага) + также деланный магазин такими же горепрограммистами. Можно и 64 поймать.
Другой вопрос - сколько там своих, а сколько "соседских". -
Тоже верно, мухлевать с ресурсами хостеры любят.
