Оптимизация сервера. Высокое значение TTFB. Centos 7. Anydesk.

Сайт работает на php 7.3 + Opcache + ElasticSearch.
Весь фронт построен на html+php+mysql.
База данных вынесена на отдельный сервер, отдельный сервер с БД не испытывает никакой нагрузки.
Задачи:
- Найти причину долгого ответа TTFB. Сейчас более 2 с.
- Перейти c FastCGI на nginx, настроить кофинг с учетом текущего .htaccess.
Пробовал сам, на TTFB не повлияло, но все таки считаю что на него стоит перейти.
- Оптимизировать работу сервера.
- Необходимо найти проблемные участки кода, нагружающие сервер. Вечером с трафиком нагрузка вырастает до 2-3LA. htop/top среди нагружаемых процесов указывают на php-cgi.
Если дело в скриптах php, то нужно выяснить в каких именно (какие процессы нужно оптимизировать).
Сервер в продакшене, мне спокойнее работать через Anydesk + голосовая связь. И за такую суету обязательно доплачиваю.
