перший раз дані добавляються через curl php, Вам потрібно зробити окремий скрипт який буде обновляти і зберігати дані блоки в файл і щоб запускався він по крону раз 5 хвилин наприклад, тобто файл кешу ціх блоків
а коли завантажується сторінка сайту щоб дані бралися з того файлу кешу, тоді це буде миттєво і буде не 500 мс, а 80-100 мс -

так звістно, у кожного свої данні, ну правда вони не всюди є, десь відсотків 50 напевно стороінок їх отдають.

Ну просто в такому випадку перша загрузка данних буде все одно 500мс, щоб постороїти кеш. А треба щоб перша загрузка спочатку і була мінімальна.

Ви мене не зрозуміли, скрипт буде працювати фоново, не при завантаженні сторінки, а запускатися хостингом по часу наприклад кожні 30 хвилин
а інформація для сторінки радіо буде братися вже готова з файлу і тоді не буде 500 мс, а буде 80-100 мс оскільки не буде запиту по API а буде вставлятися готовий html цих блоків
