1) предоставить список внесенных изменений в настройки хостинга(если будут)

2) предоставить список внесенных изменений в код сайта (в какой файл какие строки)

Если будут конкретные вопросы что и как на сайте сделано - поясню исполнителю незамедлительно.

Доступы к хостингу и коду будут предоставлены незамедлительно в момент начала работы.

Особенной срочности нет.

На сколько можно ускорить открытие страниц сайта - я думаю (на основе обычного анализа через google и яндекс) что процентов на 20-30% можно, но тут я послушаю Вас - специалистов..

Вижу долгий ответ хостинга "Получение первого байта", вижу долгое обращение к счетчикам Яндекса, Рамблера и т.п. Там много фоток, но они *.jpg и уже сжаты.

Что еще можно сделать - наверное правильно управиться с кешированием динамических страниц, т.к изменения номенклатуры идут раз в неделю не чаще. Как-то настроить хостинг, но тут я послушаю мнение специалистов.
