You have images in HTML served as base64-SVG placeholders, while the actual images are loaded by JavaScript. Because of this, the largest contentful paint (LCP) does not render immediately; the browser waits for the script to execute. Therefore, simple compression to WebP, which is usually recommended, will not help much here; first, we need to eliminate this delay.
Here’s what I will do: I will deliver the main image directly in HTML with prioritized loading, remove unnecessary JS from the critical rendering path, and then implement caching and WebP for the remaining images. I will also take a look at cart-fragments, the WooCommerce cart script, which often runs on every page and slows things down; I will disable it where it is not needed.
I will work on a test copy with a backup, and I won’t touch the layout. I will show the results with numbers before and after in PageSpeed.

I checked the server response speed directly — it is already quite good, the cache at the hosting level is working. So the main problem is not with the server, but with what loads in the browser: at least a few independent third-party scripts (advertising, analytics, statistics) that cannot be completely removed because they are needed for the business — therefore, the optimization will be targeted, not a total removal.
What will be done:
— Image optimization (conversion to WebP, lazy loading)
— Deferred loading (defer/async) of secondary scripts without losing their functions
— Cleaning unused CSS/JS
— Fine-tuning the caching of static resources
