саб страницы, в которох 1 поле [Адрес] , задача состоит в том, чтобы при клике происходил редирект
на основную форму(HTML код), при это зацепить поле Адрес и передать его в основную форму
[чтобы первое поле было заполнено после редиректа] а после полного заполнение основной формы, отправлять данные по webhook,
на стороний скрипт.
