Давайте посмотрим. Из того что вижу сейчас - сервер сильно дорогой для такой конфигурации, что почти всегда означает, что и настроен он "как нибудь так". Предлагаю начать работы с (покупки?) нормальной настройки сервера. Подробности при переписке.
