601 USD The job involves creating a 2D animated cartoon.
A few words about the cartoon:
-One episode will last from 7 to 8 minutes, initially we plan to create about 10 episodes, then
possibly more.
-The cartoon will feature five characters, but not all will be on screen at all times. The pace of the video will be average, with most of the time taken up by character dialogues.
-I will be able to provide the script, full voiceover (sound will be handled by a separate person, not you), vector illustrations prepared for animation along with lip-syncing, etc.
