Task
It is necessary to organically grow a Telegram channel in the crypto niche with a live, engaged audience.
The goal is to form a quality community with subsequent monetization through advertising sales.
Important:
Any forms of artificial growth (subscribers, views, reactions) and purchasing advertising (except at your own expense) in other Telegram channels are prohibited.
Permissible methods of attracting traffic:
TikTok / Shorts / Reels → Telegram
organic funnels and viral formats
cross-posting without payment
content marketing
any "white" methods of organic growth
additional methods are negotiable
Prohibited:
Expected result (KPI):
Goal for the first month: growth of 3–10 thousand subscribers (without strict guarantees, just a guideline).
What I expect from the performer:
to propose and implement an organic growth strategy
to independently test and scale working sources
to adhere to method restrictions
to provide a brief report once a week
Content in Telegram is negotiable (joint work is possible).
Requirements for the candidate:
experience in growing Telegram channels (preferably from 5k+)
understanding of the crypto audience
REAL CASES of organic growth (screenshots / links)
understanding of metrics: ER, retention, traffic quality
Work format and payment:
trial period: 7–14 days (negotiable, the period during which you can show results)
after that - monthly work + perks and bonuses
payment: fixed + bonus for results (negotiable)
The project includes a trial period (7–14 days).
Payment is made for the work done and the achieved interim results, which we will outline together.
In the absence of measurable progress on the agreed KPIs (growth, engagement, traffic quality), the format of cooperation and payment will be subject to review and will be discussed through arbitration.
