Organizer of closed testing of mobile application for Android

I need to conduct a closed test of a simple mobile trainer. The application helps children, people with dyslexia, or those with neurological/psychological trauma to learn to distinguish between right and left sides more quickly.

Your task: Find and coordinate 15 unique testers.

What testers need to do:

Provide their Gmail address (to be added to Google Play Console / TestFlight).

Download the application via the link.

Complete at least one level (takes up to 5 minutes).

Fill out a short Google feedback form.

Your area of responsibility:

Finding people (these can be your acquaintances, thematic groups, or your database).

Collecting Gmail addresses and sending them to me in a list.

Ensuring that all 15 people actually installed the application and sent feedback.

Guaranteeing that these are real people, not bots (important for store algorithms).

Requirements for the performer:

Having a database of testers or understanding where to quickly attract them.

Responsibility and accountability.

Payment conditions:

The budget for the task includes your work as an organizer + payments to testers.

Payment for results (15 completed feedback forms and confirmed installs).
