Яка мета цього ескізу? Першочерговим є планування, яке має відповідати ДБН. Також має значення бюджет, так як це дуже сильно впливатиме на зовнішній вигляд.
Наскільки розумію, вам потрібна презентація для потенційних інвесторів чи донорів. У такому випадку простіше знайти картинки в мережі, і використати їх.
Також ви не вказали бюджет на цю роботу, а це має значення.

Чекайте, ви кажете що хочете показувати інвесторам конкретний проект, з конкретним кошторисом, на конкретній ділянці під конкретні умови. Але у вашому описі нема ні ділянки, ні бюджету на будівництво (бюджет на проектування поки що не враховуємо), ні конкретного завдання (кількість груп, кількість дітей, місто це, чи село), а є тільки вимога щоб була гарна картинка.
Для інвестора, що зображення з інтернету, що рендер, зроблений індивідуально, матимуть однакову вагу. Нульову. Тобто це буде просто гарна картинка, не більше. От тільки підбір картинок займе Х годин, і в принципі ви можете самі це зробити, а щоб придумати ескіз, хоча б фасаду, і його відрендерити, треба Х0 годин. Якщо є треба спланувати, спроектувати, і зробити якісну презентацію, треба Х00 годин, та кількох спеціалістів.
Більше половини ставок — від візуалізаторів. Вони зроблять картинку, але по ній ви ні збудуєте, ні навіть кошторису не визначите. І тут нічого дивного нема. А от якраз архітектори вас задають резонні питання. Спеціаліст не почне роботу без вихідних даних.

Цей садок у Києві, у Шевченківському районі, назву вулиці не пам'ятаю, то було давніше. Власне, у тому проекті я якраз займався зовнішнім оформленням, і це дуже дрібна частина загальної роботи над проектом. Навіть враховуючи що це була реконструкція, тобто зміни проводили в існуючій будівлі.

Я хочу построить современный детский садик, чтобы детки вспоминали его всю жизнь, что бы их родители радовались, когда их детки хотят идти в садик. Что бы в Украине появился новый архитектурный стиль для детских учреждений. Для того, чтобы строить для детей было интересно. А вот когда мы получим концепт, рисунок, эскиз, набросок карандашом, мы начнем понимать, что это нам нравится, и будем воплощать. И конечно по каждому месту будем делать полный набор документации. -

Щодо ваших задумів. Щоб діти і батьки згадували садок позитивно, і дітям там було цікаво — треба хороших педагогів та навчальну систему. Що таке "новий архітектурний стиль дитячих садочків"? Я вважаю кожен садок має розроблятися по індивідуальному проекту, під конкретні вимоги та ситуацію, фаховим архітектором.
Знаю, що зараз хочуть знову повернути типові проекти, і це буде дуже погана практика. Хай хоч який суперовий буде проект, але якщо його потім розтиражувати по всій країні, вийде совок 2.0.
Ви пишете що вам потрібен ескіз, концепт. Чи впевнені ви, що потім реалізуєте так як на ескізі? Чи розумієте ви наскільки це реально побудувати та рамках бюджету? Скільки я бачив гарних картинок до, та поганих реалізацій після. А все тому що замовник не розраховував свої сили, та повівся на гарну картинку.
Якщо вам потрібен просто ескіз дитячого садка, без прив'язки до конкретики, то зараз є повно сервісів, які генерують зображення по заданому тексту, там політ фантазії ого-го. Якщо ж треба щось наближене до реальності — треба фаховий підхід, чіткі параметри, зрозуміле завдання.

Архітектори, а для проектування дитячого садка потрібен саме архітектор, якраз вам і задають питання щодо чіткого завдання, та пояснюють що гарна картинка це тільки мізерна частина від усього проекту, навіть ескізного.

Унікальний стиль ви не винайдете, його не існує, існує бюджет, норми то теплозбереженню, вдале планування - що відповідає щонайменше нормам по освітленню. та решта бюджету яку не шкода витратити на фасад (в наших реаліях це мокрий метод, або навісний вентильований). І виходячи з вказаного так і виглядатиме ваша будівля. -

— бюджет будівництва, етапність

Навіть якщо ви хочете зробити типовий проект, і потім його тиражувати (що є поганою ідєю) то тим більше треба врахувати багато факторів, щоб проект був універсальним.
Кажу це як архітектор, що проектував реальні будівлі, і садочки в тому числі.
