Согласно заданию нужен не сложный проект наружного освещения. Сотрудничаю с заводом Ватра (https://vatra.ua), он берет участие в тендерах на поставку оборудования, а меня привлекают как архитектора на разработку несложных проектов освещения. Представительство в Азербайджане у них вроде есть.

Примеры выполненных проектов:

Если есть полноценная модель и проект на стадии РП (рабочий проект) с разделами ЭС и ЭО, то стоимость работ будет согласно ставки и разделы которые будут входить в проект:
1. НЭО (наружное электрическое освещение). Осветительные приборы, прокладки и подключения к распределительным узлами в щитовые. Спецификация.
2. Светотехнический расчёт
… 3. Визуализации освещения в игровых движках

Если модели нет, то ещё её придется строить. Это плюс к чеку, но это уже в процессе переписки (нужно больше информации, чтобы понимать объем работы). И если проекта РП тоже нет, то выведу всё на отдельный щит.

Можно сделать попроще и подешевле - в эскизе:
Сделаем визуализацию, я дам количество Люм и проконсультирую по оборудованию, но Вам нужно будет по месту найти подрядчика который сможет подобрать щитовые, нагрузки посчитать, поставить оборудование и подключить его. Если он есть, то это вообще замечательно - дадите контакт и мы вместе Вам сделаем ТЗ и накинем решений.

Есть варианты с очень крутыми и индивидуальными решениями, но это я буду привлекать подрядчиков.

Раз не срочно, то это значит, что Вы будете вносить бесконечное количество правок, поэтому придётся поставить ограничение в количестве 3-х полноценных правок. Остальные за Ваши деньги.
