Структура бд одна таблица с данным после парсинга.
Задача. После добавления парсером данных проанализировать определенное количество последних записей, например последние 5-ть по условию
1. Проверяем каждую строку поля S в таблице
Если Сумма всех выпавших номеров Больше 148.5 Да
Отправить текст сообщения
2 Если Сумма всех выпавших номеров Больше 150.5 Нет
Отправить текст сообщения
3. Если условия 1 и 2 не выполняются то не чего не отправляем
цикл закрываем.
Я думаю тут нужна хранимая процедур которая будет запускаться триггером после операции insert в таблицу.
Нужно будет подумать как реализовать отправку сообщения, может быть придется использовать внешние скрипты php например.
