As I see the process:
I open the program

All the parameters are remembered by the program after pressing Run (not required but desirable) so that they are not entered at the next launch.
There is the Pause button (not required but desirable), Stop.

The presence of a simple UI is mandatory, the launch with the parameters in the terminal is not suitable.
