тоді це завдання не може бути виконане, хіба що тут сидить працівник ПФУ який "порішає" Вам ці довідки......є декількка способів їх отримати але всі Вам не підходять.....

переконаний, є виключно законні способи отримати ці довідки. людину не має бути обмежено у праві отримати інформацію про неї виходячи виключно з того, що в неї немає можливості користуватись електронними засобами ідентифікації на сайті ПФУ або в Дії

Звісно. Вона, або її законний представник може звернутися до ЦНАПу або ПФ особисто. А те що Ви зараз запитуєте - те саме що піти взяти довідку в ЦНАПі про склад родини свого сусіда.

а його ніхто і не обмежує в цьому, він може нозями прийти в ПФУ і йому все видадуть, але ж цей варіант Вам також не підходить, ящо людина не може прийти особисто в ПФУ, то виникає питання як він приходить у податкову і здає паперові звіти?) ну то таке....то Ваше діло, проєкт все одно не можна за таких умов виконати

Нотаріально завірена довіреність…..що теж неможливо, бо Ваша людина не зможе приїхати, до нотаріуса, хіба що нотаріус приїде до людині, але це буде дуже дорого Вам коштувати…
