Хотел спросить, что означает "оцифровать в 3Д рендер для возможности дальнейшей фрезеровки на ЧПУ"??
Также интересует формат финального файла.Наверное это формат STL ?(так как этот формат, чаще всего используется для ЧПУ станков!)

По существу здесь две задачи:
1 - получить 3D модель, сохранить файл в формате для фрезеровки и
2 - выполнить 3D rendering, т.е. красивую модель для просмотра в режиме 3D.
