I'm looking for a person who can do the following

(imagine that's what you are offering me to do):

"I'll first find the name and email address of the site owner or admin and see if there's an option to get a backlink from the same page where the competitor placed their backlink, such as a guest post, resources page, etc. If there's no reply within 2-3 days, I'll send a follow-up message. And one more follow-up message in 2-3 more days. If I'm not able to reach out to the person via email, I'll try to use the contact form if available and do the same 2 rounds of follow-ups as before.

Should I not succeed, I'll reach out via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc if available). And as a last resort, I'll try to find out their whois records and use them to get in touch. While doing the outreach, I'll charge you $1 for contacting each site from the competitor research list that we agree upon.

So we can just set up a milestone for $100, which will cover me contacting 100 sites during the outreach. Note: my outreach campaign does not guarantee getting a link from each site I contact (via all available channels). The price of $1 per contact does not include getting an actual link because that depends on multiple factors beyond my control. Hope it makes sense. "
