100 USD I am looking for a young architect with education who can help develop drawings for an apartment renovation.
General info about the object:
- The apartment area according to the developer’s plan is 55.96m2.
- Actual room dimensions are shown in the attached drawing.
- Ceiling height is 2.7m
- The thickness of the interior partition blocks is 100mm.
- Panoramic windows.
- I will provide additional photos to those I agree to cooperate with.
- The renovation is for an apartment to rent out to 1 or 2 people (kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower, storage room, wardrobe).
What needs to be done now (task #1):
- Measurement plan based on the attached drawing. Preferably in Revit.
- Propose 5 options for layout solutions with furniture placement.

Hello Andriy, I have experience in developing apartment re-planning and reconstruction.
Stage 1 - I cannot personally take measurements because I am located in Lviv region.
Stage 2 - I can develop the required number of planning options, 2-5-7 options. The cost of developing one planning option with partitions and a schematic furniture layout is 5 thousand hryvnias per option.
From my experience, one or two options are usually sufficient, with subsequent refinement of the chosen scheme during more detailed project development. However, you can always order a third, fourth, or fifth planning scheme if desired.
The cost of developing the set of drawings you specify for the chosen planning scheme will start from $10/m2 of the room area - 27 thousand hryvnias, which is the maximum allowed by the resource, but the actual price will be higher.
