The parser should work on an Ubuntu server.
Take the PDF file from a folder, specify the relative path and file name.

As a result, it should include: 1. Patient's name 2. Patient ID (System/Facility ID) 3. Processing date (Completed on) 4. List of questions, with subpoints, indicating which items are checked and which are not.
