You need to use the Twitch API to iterate through accounts and several functions to modify data in the accounts.
In simpler terms: there is a table with account tokens that need to be iterated through and create a table with N data + change the nicknames (display name), change the language on the account, check if the account can gift a sub or not (check the account's currency).

Изменить никнейм + аватар нужно по какой-то из его причин, как он сказал он хочет заменить только первую букву в никнейме, для рейдов нужны они или для чего - без понятия. -
