Hello to you. I can propose the development of a multi-string parser using python scrapy. Data storage will be in Casandra.

I will not make the interface on the reactjs, but I will make the API along with the documentation for access to the data. In the future, the front-end developer will be able to link to this API any front. Here is an example of my API http://proxyhub.sytes.net:3000/

The only difficulty that can arise is the blocking from the play market. Theoretically, they can be very aggressive and then you will have to constantly circumvent them.
