Парсер курсов в онлайн-таблице ( гугл шит например) постоянно будет обновлять курс и показывать параметры по заданным критериями.
Например постоянно будет отображать какая цена на покупку юсдт на приватбанке на 500грн, 1000грн, 5000 грн, 30000грн, 50000 грн и наоборот на продажу на эти же суммы. И так сделать на все или основные банки

Примитивный пример как это должно выглядеть в аттаче. Выгружать нужно на каждый курс до 3-4 последних значений продавца. Детали уточним уже в переписке.
