Что ж вы задачу ставите на одном языке, а ТЗ на другом? Тоже какое-то неуважение к исполнителям. Либо так и написали бы, что только для украинских исполнителей.
Если я правильно понял, а я мог не верно понять текст ТЗ, то нужно не только спарсить, но и провести некие рассчёты. Так же из ТЗ не очень ясно как должна выглядеть веб-страница. Потому дать точную оценку по времени и стоимости пока невозможно. Примерные рамки от недели до двух и от 10 до 20 тысяч рублей. -
