Facebook ad parser and auto-sending

I am looking for a developer who can implement a parser for ads with the necessary filters on Facebook Marketplace that will find ads and immediately send a welcome message to them. The speed of the parser and sending should be similar to what I do manually with responses taking about 30 minutes +/- 10 minutes. Mainly new ads
1. Parser with the following filters:
- sorting filter
- search by keywords (Car, Painting, or T-shirt)
- time when the ad was posted
- date filter explaining the work in the video
- seller rating
- product price from and to
- number of ads on the seller's profile
- add the ability to filter ads by stop words in the description (for example, when they write that the product can only be picked up in person, set this word and other similar words)
- filter out sellers who have already been in the parser and do not show them again
2. Sending messages to found ads (on Facebook, you can already set a welcome message) + make a fairly quick response but so that the account does not get sent to spam.
- also set up timing for sending between messages
- make it possible to set the number of messages that need to be sent
- add access through the same browser so that communication with sellers can continue.
3. Launch to be implemented via cookie/user agent. It can be through the anti-detect browser Dolphin or your built-in browser that will not block accounts and allow responding without spam.\

4. Add the ability to change proxies or use a VPN 
5. Add the ability to launch from multiple accounts simultaneously up to 10
6. Explain how it works and provide software support if there are any issues with it and support for an additional fee when algorithms change on Facebook.
