Facebook ad parser and auto-sending

I am looking for a developer who can implement a parser for ads with the necessary filters on Facebook Marketplace that will find ads and immediately send a welcome message to them. The speed of the parser and sending should be similar to what I do manually or even faster; I manage to respond in about 30 minutes +/- 10 minutes. Mostly new ads. The parser should also work quite quickly, a maximum of 20 minutes.

1. The parser with the following filters:

- Geolocation (City and km)

- sorting filter (From new to old)

- multi-threaded (simultaneous) search by keywords on one account (Car, Painting, or T-shirt). If it does not find a sufficient number of ads that I set, it takes the next category of goods.

- search by the time when the ad was posted, for example, to collect ads that were posted up to 15 hours ago, or if there is no specified time on the ad, still respond to this ad.

- date filter (on the page, there is a filter where you need to specify and show ads for all time, 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days)

- seller rating (some sellers have a rating, and it is necessary to ensure that ads are not taken or, conversely, also respond to sellers with a rating)

- product price from and to (from 0 zł to 9999 zł)

- number of ads on the seller's profile (Each seller has their own number of ads; some have 1, some have 20. It should be made so that, for example, I enter up to 10 ads, and it gives me ads only from those people who have up to 10 ads on their profile)

- blacklist of words, add the ability to filter ads by stop words in the description (for example, when they write that the product can only be picked up in person, set this word and similar words)

- filter out sellers who have already been in the parser and do not show them anymore (You can create a file where sellers will go after sending messages)

2. Automatic sending of messages to found ads (on Facebook, you can already set a welcome message) + it is necessary to make a fairly quick response but so that the account does not get sent to spam (you can randomize it so that Facebook does not perceive it as automation because the ad can be searched quickly, but the auto-response depends on luck, so it needs to be tested).

- make it possible to set the number of messages that should be sent (I will test from 80 to 150 messages as this is the maximum number that can be responded to before an error occurs).

"I will pay extra if you make it possible to send more messages from one account."

- add access through the same browser so that it is possible to further communicate with sellers or simultaneously as the parser finds and responds to ads.

3. Implement launch via cookies/user agent. It can be through the anti-detect browser Dolphin or your anti-detect browser.

4. Add the ability to change proxies or use a VPN.

5. Add the ability to launch from multiple accounts simultaneously, up to 10.

6. Explain how it works and provide software support if there are any problems with it and support for an additional fee when algorithms change on Facebook.
