Ви шукаєте виконавця чи приколіста? те що ви ставите абстрактні цифри, що 1к що 100к показує просто ваше відношення до проєкту і до виконавця. Бюджет проекту насамперед показує наскільки замовник в "темі" і наскільки він розуміє чого хоче. Якщо ви не знаєте скільки коштує така робота то краще не ставте бюджет взагалі, а обговорюйте з виконавцем. Я не критикую вас і не кажу як правильно, просто особисто мені ваш абстракціонізм з бюджетом здався смішним.
